to1” is a personalised training studio proving atmosphere and expertise
to assist you in the reaching of your fitness goals. We operate on an
appointment only system to provide you with the motivation to exercise
regularly. Client numbers are strictly limited at all times to ensure
that you receive the best service.

Safe, effective workouts with qualified attentive staff. Pleasant non
threatening surroundings Personalised programs to cater for all levels
of fitness, all age groups as well as sport specific training. Guidance
for weight loss. Rehabilitation exercises to assist with recovery from
illness or injury.

Monday to Friday First appointment 5.30am—last appointment 6.30pm
Saturday from 6.am till 11.am (depending on appointments)
